In the 6^th Inter-School Fencing Competition, Pui Ching students won a total of 21 Individual Awards spanning three categories (A, B, C), making this the second year that Pui Ching won the grand championship.

The 2017 Civic Education Seminar cum 2016 Awards Ceremony for the Thoughts on Civic Education Seminar Writing Competition was held this afternoon at the Macao Polytechnic Institute.  Students learned much about the contemporary values of Chinese traditional etiquette from Prof. Shi Shan Zhang, director of the School of Ethnography of Shandong University.  In the 2016 Thoughts on Civic Education Seminar Writing Competition, Pui Ching students won various awards in the Secondary School Category.  Senior 3 student Ms. Chi Cheng Lei was the champion;  Senior 1 student Ms. Si U Lam was the first runner-up; Senior 1C students Ms. Lok Tong Lei and Ms. Ming Yeong, Senior 1D student Mr. Yong Shuo Wu, and Senior 2C student Ms. Cheok Nam Lei were all nominees in the Secondary School Category.

The Soft Volleyball Interschool Competition is part of the Soft Volleyball Promotion Scheme hosted by the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau and co-organized by the China Macao Volleyball Association.  In addition to winning one silver and one bronze medal, Pui Ching clinched the gold medal in the Men’s Competition in Category A, B as well as C.  Students won the silver medal in the Women’s Category A Competition. 

The Pui Ching Secondary School Dance Team participated in the 37^th Interschool Dance Competition and won the Distinction Award.
