Pui Ching Men’s and Women’s Volleyball Team clinch championships, making six consecutive wins2023-05-28
The 46th Inter-School Volleyball Competition held its Group A finals today.
In the women’s Group A finals, Pui Ching outplayed Santa Rosa de Lima English Secondary School by 3-0, winning the championship for the fifteenth consecutive year.
In the men’s Group A finals, Pui Ching defeated Instituto Salesiano by 3-1, successfully defending its championship.
For the 2022-2023 academic year, Pui Ching won the championship in all six groups of the Inter-School Volleyball Competition:

Pui Ching students win second place in Youth National Education Quiz Competition2023-05-27
Junior 3A student Wong Pou Weng, Junior 3B student Chan Hok Son, and Senior 2D student Wu Di represented Pui Ching in the 15th Youth National Education Quiz Competition and won the second place. Their instructor was Ms. Wong Man Cheng. Congratulations to our students!
Students win three championships in soft volleyball competition2023-05-27
The 2022-2023 Inter-School Soft Volleyball Competition was held on May 20, 21, and 27. Pui Ching students won the championship in the Men’s Group A, Men’s Group B, and Men’s Group C competition. In addition, our student athletes also won the second place in the Men’s Group A competition, the third and fourth place in the Men’s Group B competition, the third place in the Women’s Group A competition, and the third place in the Women’s Group B competition. Congratulations to our award winners!
Students win sixth place in Senior High Category of National NeuroMaster AI Challenge and second place in Macao regional competition 2023-05-21
Senior 1 students Chan Kuan Ieong, Chan Chou Him, and Cheng U Hin participated in the 2022 World Robotics Championship: National NeuroMaster AI Challenge from May 19 to 21. Through rounds of coding, robots construction, strategic planning, and teamwork, our students demonstrated their knowledge and innovative abilities, winning the sixth place in the Senior High “City of the Future” Category of the National NeuroMaster AI Challenge and the second place in the Macao regional competition. The instructors of the student contestants were Mr. Wu Hio Tong and Mr. Lei Chan Pong.
Pui Ching students come through with flying colors in Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair2023-05-20
Pui Ching students participated in the 2023 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair held in Dallas and came through with flying colors.
Our students comprised four of the six teams of contestants representing Macao in the competition and won the Fourth Award as well as two special awards. Our award winners are as follows:
Entry: An Enhanced Fuel Tank Service Kit for Aircraft Maintenance

Entry: Skin Complexion Improvement by Nano-Particle-Delivered Notoginsenoside- A Novel Formulation

Award: “China Association for Science and Technology” Special Award
Other student works that had the opportunity to represent Macao in Regeneron ISEF 2023 included “Comprehelp: A Reading Comprehension Question Generation System Based on a Transformer” (Contestant: Chu Wai In; Mentors: Ho Wai Wai, Wu Chon Meng) and “Using Lotus (Nelumbo Nucifera) Infusions to Ameliorate Symptoms of Neurodegenerative Diseases” (Contestants: Ma Iok Kei, Cheong Sin Lon, Chan Ngai Long; Mentors: Leong Ieng Ieng, Io Hio Fai). The competition has been a great learning opportunity for all student contestants. Congratulations to our contestants for representing Macao and being the award winners in this year’s Regeneron ISEF!
