The 2022-2023 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Fencing Friendly Match was held at Pui Ching Middle School from April 22^nd to 23^rd.  Over 500 athletes participated in the event, including 61 teams from Macao, Hong Kong, and Guangdong Province.  Pui Ching won a total of 21 gold medals, 30 silver medals, and 36 bronze medals in the group competitions and a total of 2 gold medals, 4 silver medals, and 13 bronze medals in the individual competitions. 

The 2022 Bodhi Gomoku Tournament concluded on December 11.  The tournament consists of three categories, the Children’s Category, the Youth Category, and the Open Category.  The Ethical Competitor’s Award in each category aims to reward contestants who have not broken any rules during the competition. 

Student contestants from Pui Ching came in as the champion, the first runner-up, and the second runner-up in both the Children’s Category and the Youth Category.  Primary 6E student Lo Chan Hin competed in the Open Category and won the championship!

Champion: Lo Chan Hin (Primary 6E)

First runner-up: Lei Un Hou (Junior 1E)

Senior 2C student Ng Weng In won the championship in the Macao Table Tennis Open Competition for the Hearing-Impaired.  Congratulations to Ms. Ng on her outstanding achievement!

The 45^th Inter-School Volleyball Competition was held this afternoon at the Macao Polytechnic University.  In the Women’s Category A Finals, Pui Ching Middle School outplayed Santa Rosa de Lima English Secondary School by 3:0, completing its 14-year winning streak.  In the Men’s Category A Finals, Pui Ching Middle School played Instituto Salesiano and also won the championship by 3:0.
