The 2018 Bulgaria International Mathematics Competition was held on July 3^rd and the awards ceremony on July 5^th.  Pui Ching students won various awards:

Cheang Ho Yau (Primary 6): Silver Medal

Si Ian Wai (Primary 6): Bronze Medal

Wong Hou Cheng (Primary 6): Merit Award

Leong Cheng Long (Primary 6): Merit Award

Lai Cheok Lam (Junior 3): Gold Award (The third gold from Macao)

Cheung Cheng In (Junior 2): Bronze Award

Lai Hio Wang (Junior 3): Merit Award

Leong Chi Hou (Junior 3): Merit Award

In addition, four students in the secondary school section won the third place as a group.

Pui Ching students excelled in various mathematics competitions this academic year, including the “Cup of Hope” National Mathematics Invitational Competition, the King of Math International Invitational Finals, the Pan-Asia Pacific Cup International Mathematics Invitational Competition, and the Asia Pacific Primary School Mathematics Olympiad Macao Regional Invitational Competition.

Pui Ching students excelled in the St. Patrick’s Cup Public Speaking Competition held by the Consulate General of Ireland for Hong Kong and Macao.  The students won a total of six awards, including the First to the Fifth Prize and the Most Popular Contestant Award.  Many congratulations to our award-winners!

The 2018 Zhuhai Table Tennis Association Cup Children’s Open Competition was held today.  Primary 3 students Mr. Lei Man In and Ms. Cheong Chi Hun and Primary 2 student Ms. Lao Chi Ieng won the first place in the Category C group competition.  Mr. Lei Man In also won the second place in the Category C singles competition.  Ms. Lao Chi Ieng won the third place in the singles competition.
