The 2022-2023 Inter-School Soft Volleyball Competition was held on May 20, 21, and 27.  Pui Ching students won the championship in the Men’s Group A, Men’s Group B, and Men’s Group C competition.  In addition, our student athletes also won the second place in the Men’s Group A competition, the third and fourth place in the Men’s Group B competition, the third place in the Women’s Group A competition, and the third place in the Women’s Group B competition.  Congratulations to our award winners!

Pui Ching students participated in the 2023 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair（Regeneron ISEF 2023）and came through with flying colors, winning one Fourth Award and two Special Awards.  Special thanks to parents and teachers for their support and encouragement along the way.  If it hadn’t been for the continuous support of the students’ loved ones, our students wouldn’t have had the opportunity to broaden their horizons and achieve the success that they have.  Huge congratulations to our award winners and their teachers and families!

The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Macau Youth Association, Macau Public Speakers Association, and Macau Pui Ching Middle School jointly organized the event "Inspiring Stories of Macau’s Youth 2023."  The purpose of the event was to spread positivity and encourage young people to overcome adversity and achieve success.

Four young people from various sectors in Macau were invited to share their stories of triumph over hardship.  Through their tales of perseverance and hard work, they aimed to motivate and inspire others to keep going in the trying times. Dr. Kou Kam Fai, principal of Pui Ching Middle School, was among the esteemed guests at the opening ceremony and shared his insights on the importance of uplifting the youth.

One of the young speakers who took center stage was Leong Cheng Long, a Senior 2 student at Pui Ching Middle School. He shared his personal journey and aimed to spread positive energy to inspire others.  His speech was met with thunderous applause, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

Senior 1 students Chan Kuan Ieong, Chan Chou Him, and Cheng U Hin participated in the 2022 World Robotics Championship: National NeuroMaster AI Challenge from May 19 to 21.  Through rounds of coding, robots construction, strategic planning, and teamwork, our students demonstrated their knowledge and innovative abilities, winning the sixth place in the Senior High “City of the Future” Category of the National NeuroMaster AI Challenge and the second place in the Macao regional competition.  The instructors of the student contestants were Mr. Wu Hio Tong and Mr. Lei Chan Pong.
