Students win various awards in Chinese Youth Innovation Carnival 2018-12-24

Pui Ching students attended the 2018 Guangdong—Hong Kong—Macao cum Overseas Chinese Youth Innovation Carnival. The event was held from December 22nd to 23rd in Taishan. Fourteen students from Lower Primary to Senior High of Pui Ching Middle School entered for the competition. Among them, the Lower Primary team was the youngest inventors in the event and received much acclaim from the judges. Pui Ching Middle School was also the school with the greatest number of awards among all schools from Hong Kong and Macao. Its awards included the Promotion of Culture of Innovation Award, 3 Gold Awards, 4 Silver Awards, and 7 Bronze Awards.
Christmas Carnival a success.2018-12-19

Ho ho ho! Today was a day of merrymaking. Students threw Christmas parties in every class in the morning and set up various booths for the Christmas Carnival in the afternoon. The theme for the carnival this year was the Guangdong—Hong Kong—Macao Greater Bay Area. The day marks the beginning of a long vacation leading to a brand new year. Merry Christmas to everyone!
Flag Raising Ceremony2018-12-18

The flag raising ceremony in commemoration of the 19th anniversary of the founding of the Macao Special Administrative Region was held this morning at Pui Ching Middle School.
Students come in as champion and first runner-up in problem gambling prevention initiative2018-12-16

Pui Ching students entered for the Give Them a Reason to Quit Gambling Video Creation Competition. Senior 1 students Ms. Kuan Ka Kei, Ms. Loi Weng Ian, and Mr. Choi Tin Chi came in as the champion and first runner-up respectively with their videos “Reflection of the gambler” and “Backwash”. Senior 3 student Mr. Lei Hon Ian and Senior 2 student Ms. U Weng Lam won the Merit Award with their “Incalculable”. Pui Ching teacher Mr. Ng Ka Meng won the Excellent Instructor’s Award.
Tao Chong’s “My city” wins Best Essay Award2018-12-15

Activities of the Macao Tourism Culture Series sponsored by the Macao S.A.R. Tourism Bureau held its awards ceremony today. Junior 2 student Ms. Tao Chong’s “My city” won the Best Essay Award, the highest award in the competition.
