Students clinched the championship in Category C in both the Interschool Men’s and Interschool Women’s Volleyball Competition tonight. The Women’s Volleyball Team outplayed Colegio de St. Rosa de Lima (English Section) by 2:1.  In the Men’s finals, our Volleyball Team beat Instituto Salesiano by 25:12.  Our championship in the Men’s Volleyball Competition has been the third championship we won in volleyball this academic year.

The 29^th Macao International Firework Drawing Competition held its awards ceremony today.  A total of 14 students won awards: Long In Chon (Primary 4, Champion), Cheng Lok Cheong (Junior 2, Champion), Ngok Chi Wai (Junior 1, Second Runner-Up), and Ma Chi I (Primary 6, Winner of Merit Award).

Students who won the Consolation Prize included: Florentinus Sanchez (Primary 1), Ao Kam Leong (Primary 3), Ng Kai Him (Primary 3), Chu Ngou Hei (Primary 3), Lei Pak Hou (Primary 5), Chan Wing Hei (Primary 6), Wong Iek Kan (Primary 6), Leong Sio Cheng (Primary 6)，Mai Wang Ioi (Junior 1), and Lo Sin I (Senior 2). 

Pui Ching students excelled in the 18^th Macao Student Chinese Stiff Pen Calligraphy Competition: 

Ms. Kuan Ieong Sin won the Distinction Award. Ms. Ion Un Kuan, Ms. Chan Si Cheng, and Ms. Lo U San won the First Prize.  Ms. Lai Ho Cheng, Mr. Tang Chi In, Mr. Tai Kuan Seng, and Ms. Nip Wing Kuan won the Second Prize.  Almost 30 students from Pui Ching entered the final competition.  

The Macao Tourism Culture Promotion Association held the Macao Tourism Culture Writing Competition. Senior 2 student Ms. Lou Wing Sam won the First Prize in the English Writing Competition, My Story in Macau 2018, in the Senior Category (the highest prize in the Senior Category, granted to one student).  Junior 3 student Mr. Mok Chi Kin won the Second Prize in the Junior Category (granted to two students in the Category). 

In the Chinese Writing Competition, Senior 3 student Ms. Ng Suet I won the First Prize in the Senior Category (the highest prize in the Senior Category, granted to one student). Junior 3 student Ms. Ng U Cheng won the Second Prize in the Junior Category (granted to two students in the Category).  Junior 2 student Mr. Leong Ian won the Merit Award.
