Junior 1 students attended classes in the Communications Museum this academic year and the games they designed during the course were on display today in the museum.  Students also had the opportunity to interact with parents and the general public about their work.  The interdisciplinary classes in the Communications Museum allowed students to develop their knowledge in both design and technology and apply what they have learned to real life.

The 2016/2017 Protection of Intellectual Property Writing Competition and the 2016/2017 Protection of Intellectual Property Microfilm Competition held their awards ceremony today.  The competitions were hosted by the Macao Intellectual Property Association and sponsored by the Commercial and Industrial Development Foundation, the Macao Foundation, and the Macao Education and Youth Affairs Bureau.  35 students from Pui Ching won various awards and Pui Ching was dubbed an “Exemplary School”.

A year-end dinner and awards ceremony was held in recognition of the year-round support and dedication of the teaching and administrative staff.  Pui Ching Chancellor Mr. Wing Cheong Lo，various members of the board of trustees, Principal Dr. Kam Fai Kou, former principals, and former and current administrative directors toasted to the year-long hard work of all at the party.  Teachers also put together various programs of entertainment and brought the celebration to its climax.

The 15^th Guangdong Young Inventor’s Competition was held on June 10^th, 2017 in the Guangdong Science Center.  Pui Ching students won 1 Second Prize, 6 Third Prizes, and 1 Innovative Technology Award.
