The finals of the 2023 Greater Bay Area Speech Contest were held on August 5 at the Parisian Macao Theatre. 

Secondary 5 students Si Ian Wai and Fong Hoi Cheng, Secondary 2 students Tsang Wai Pan and Leong Cheng Lok, and Primary 2 student Tou Chin U came through with flying colors in the finals:

Tou Chin U: Champion of the Children’s Category (Instructor: Ao Iok Chan)

Leong Cheng Lok: First runner-up of the Youth Category (Instructor: O Chi Wa)

Tsang Wai Pan: Second runner-up of the Youth Category (Instructor: O Chi Wa)

Si Ian Wai: Top Ten Contestants of Youth Category (Instructor: Mak Chi Kei)

Fong Hoi Cheng: Top Ten Contestants of Youth Category (Instructor: Mak Chi Kei)
